Sarah is a graduate of Dr. Alberto Villoldo’s school, The Four Winds, where she became certified in Shamanic Energy Medicine through the Q’ero Shamans of the Andes. An Initiated Munay-Ki Practitioner, she is able to share the sacred initiations of this ancient Peruvian tradition. Additionally, she is a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, a 200-hour Yin Yoga Instructor, and trained in Nova Light Work and Guided Light Work. As an ordained minister, she also performs ceremonies for individuals and their loved ones. Her studies extend to The Foundation for Shamanic Studies and teachings from Itzhak Beery and Sandra Ingerman.
In 2015, a severe infection caused her body to shut down, leading to a near-death experience. Upon returning, she found her intuition profoundly amplified, guiding her to make life-altering changes in service to others. During this experience, she received a clear message: to return and remind people that we are all taking life way too seriously.
